This has some nice & bright colors to catch baby’s eyes and hold their attention. It is made to hang from its plastic ring-hook so baby can grab & swing at it. The lion ears have different textures and fabric tags and they make a crinkly sound. One has a little mirror on it and the other has a squeaker inside so just the ears have a lot of sensory experiences going on! The bib and a leaf attached to one leg should be good fir teething, and their are two plastic rings to grab, also. It’s just big enough that my 2.5 month old grandson can bat at it and loves that he can make it move. I’m sure he’ll like it even more as he grows and has more control of his movements.
His ears crackle and one has a very interesting mirror securely attached; his bib is removable to become a well-loved "chew"; and a softly textured leaf and several colorful rings are secured to his paws; combine all these features with colorful and interesting designs and you have a toy that promises to hold the attention of a developing baby (maybe even long enough to get him safely into that car seat).
So many textures and places to grab. It took a couple days for my daughter to warm to it, but since then, its her favorite. So glad i bought it. The mirror didn't survive my normal wash cycle (i don't have time for special washes), but its still shiny and the rest has held up well. I got the elephant and might get the dog as well since she loves it so much.
